Customers may not ship, store, transport, import, export, or otherwise tender any item that is prohibited by applicable law, carrier regulations, safety requirements, customs regulations, or Company policy.

Customers represent and warrant that:

They are not listed on any applicable government sanctions or restricted-party lists

The shipment is not destined for a prohibited end-user, end-use, or sanctioned jurisdiction

The shipment complies with all applicable export control and sanctions laws
Vernon G. Edwards Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, inspect, delay, or cancel any shipment suspected of violating applicable trade, sanctions, customs, or security regulations.
Customer Liability
Customers shall be responsible for any fines, penalties, duties, taxes, storage charges, legal fees, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Right to Inspect
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and security requirements, Vernon G. Edwards Ltd. reserves the right to inspect, screen, scan, open, verify, or review any shipment without prior notice where permitted by law.
