Currency Display and Payment Processing

 

All prices, invoices, quotations, fees, and charges displayed on the website and during checkout shall be presented in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

 

Where local currency equivalents are displayed for convenience, such amounts are estimates only and may vary based on applicable exchange rates, financial institution charges, or payment processor conversion rates at the time of payment.

Failed or Declined Transactions

 

If a payment transaction is declined, rejected, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Vernon G. Edwards Ltd. reserves the right to suspend services, delay shipment processing, withhold cargo release, or require an alternative payment method before services continue.
